Further Corona Virus (Covid 19) information

Strange times indeed!

We have put the following measures in place:

1.  We are a small SME so we can easily manage disinfection processes.  We have a disinfectant process/ policy and all staff have agreed to abide by it and are strictly monitored.
2.  Packing staff  adhere to strict hand cleanliness and wear gloves.
3.  All staff keep to social distancing while in the workplace.
4.  All staff’s temperatures are monitored first thing every day.
5.  Our site is remote.  This means social distancing is very easy.  All our staff likewise are remote where they live.
6.  We spray disinfect all returns parcels and contents and leave for 1 day in a separate isolated and enclosed area before handling returned garments.  Returns after processing are then left for 1 week in a dry area before putting back into stock.  The member of staff handling returns adheres to strict hand cleanliness.

I hope this goes someway to give you confidence we are mitigating risk for all of us.  Be safe.
